This specialist manufacturing company based in Warwick are looking to appoint a Technical Specialist (Electro/Mechanical Engineer) to support and develop their robotic foam sealing technology. This hands-on role will involve maintaining both their production systems and customer equipment, as well as leading the next stage of foam system technology development. The successful candidate will also become a trained 6-axis robot programmer, working on new sealing applications and prototype development.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and lead foam sealing system servicing for both internal production and customer equipment, including off-site visits.
- Become proficient in 6-axis robot programming to support new project developments.
- Take ownership of their foam doser technology development, refining both software and hardware ahead of its 2026 market launch.
- Support the transition of new projects from trial to production, including fixturing and prototype design.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve in-house production systems.
