QSHE Manager This is a growing company based in Kenilworth and due to expansion are looking for a Quality/Health and Safety/Environmental Manager to join their team. The QSHE Manager will be responsible for management of the QSHE Department and its outputs and value added to the company. The area of focus will mainly be: QMS Control Customer & Supplier NR Management NPI Feasibility Involvement & PPAP Management IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 Management Customer Liaison on Quality Related Issues HSE Management Continuous Improvement Activity Departmental & KPI Management The core responsibilities of the role will be ·QMS Construction, Maintenance and Management ·Auditing of Company & supplier adherence to procedures in alignment to IATF & ISO standards. ·PPAP management in support of NPI requirements. ·Creation of Process Control Plans to ensure conformity of manufactured products. ·NCR Management for Customer, Supplier, and internal issues. ·Preparation of audit performance reports for relevant stakeholder. ·Customer & supplier liaison as required. ·Identification and implementation of CI activity. ·Creation and management of quality related & departmental KPIs ·Setting of objectives and management of quality team.
