Paid Media Executive A growing digital marketing agency based near Leamington Spa are looking for a Paid Media Executive, working predominately across Google Ads, to join their team. This role would be spilt between being office based and home based and the main duties would be as follows: Campaign Management Work across a variety of brands, managing and executing paid media campaigns. Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across predominately Google Ads, plus Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Contributing to maintain Google Partner status. Optimise account performance by monitoring key metrics, such as Click-Through-Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR), Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA), and Return-On-Ad-Spend (ROAS). Conduct A/B testing on Ads to improve campaign performance, assist in asset creation and enhance audience engagement. Data Analysis & Reporting Monitor campaign performance, analysing data and trends to provide actionable insights and adjust strategies as needed. Generate and present monthly reports, showing results against KPIs and making recommendations for future improvements.
