The predicted salary is between 32833 - 32833 £ per year.
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive individual with strong administrative and co-ordination skills, who can support the effective planning and delivery of events and related activity. You will be confident managing bookings, communications, logistics and financial processes, while maintaining accurate records, documentation and internal systems. With a professional and detail-focused approach, you will help ensure events are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. You will be an excellent communicator who is comfortable liaising with clients, venues, suppliers, stakeholders and delegates, and able to build positive working relationships at all levels. You’ll be adaptable, dependable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, supporting both event delivery and wider project activity.
Role and responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings, appointments and co-ordinate company events and conferences.
- Support the promotion of forthcoming events as necessary to achieve expected delegate numbers per event.
- Manage delegate bookings, including updating relevant systems and documents with accurate information, sending confirmation emails and joining instructions and being a point of contact for queries, both internally and externally.
- Liaise with clients, venues, suppliers, stakeholders and speakers to ensure events are well prepared for.
