We’re hiring a Data Management & QC Executive to support quantitative research projects. This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role centred on Excel, data structuring, and quality checking.
If you enjoy accuracy, structure, and methodical checking, this role is for you. If you want Python, SQL, dashboards, modelling, or BI, this role is not for you.
What You Will Do- Build and maintain structured Excel workbooks containing raw data, summary tables and cross‑tabulations
- Produce clean, well‑organised tabulations to agreed specifications
- QC every figure, percentage and base size against source data and final deliverables
- Reconcile data across Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Maintain version control, naming conventions and a clear audit trail
- Support basic quantitative analysis (Excel + SPSS)
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data management and QC processes
- QC mindset — you enjoy checking data line‑by‑line and ensuring 100% accuracy
- Advanced Excel‑only workflows — structured workbooks, tabulations, formulas, pivots
- Comfort with repetitive checking — this role is about precision, not modelling
- Confidence with percentages, base sizes, and structured data
- Ability to maintain version control and naming conventions
