Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline, preferably in science. π
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in PMCF data collection. π
- Minimum of 1 year of experience conducting PMCF Surveys. π
- Proven experience in managing quantitative projects with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. π
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written). π£οΈ
- Confidence to manage UK and international projects from start to finish independently. π
- Ability to create quantitative questionnaires from scratch, for checking by senior team members. π
- Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders. βοΈ
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets. π
- Experience in preparing findings in PowerPoint. π
- A desire to take on higher-level responsibilities and grow within the role. π
- Able to motivate and deliver through others. πͺ

The Role: A leading healthcare market research agency is currently seeking a PMCF Manager, focusing predominantly on quantitative projects, to help strengthen its capabilities in providing post-market clinical follow-up (PMCF) data on the safety and performance of clientsβ medical device products.
The successful candidate will help design online quantitative surveys on a project-by-project basis and oversee these projects to support clientsβ needs. Additionally, the role includes the collection and analysis of data, and reporting for several leading global medical device manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proposal writing. π
- Responsibility for the entire project once commissioned, acting as the Project Lead. π
- Gathering requirements/objectives from the client & briefing the project team. π
- Leading survey design, with support from PMCF Lead as required. π§
- Day-to-day management of fieldwork, including both supplier & client communication. π
- Managing data processing and coding with the Data Analysts. π»
- Acting as the client contact throughout the project. π
- Checking/proof-reading any client deliverables prior to final approval from the PMCF Lead. βοΈ
- Joining and participating in final client presentations. π£οΈ
- Helping with business development activities as and when appropriate. π
- Team management responsibilities. π₯
- Helping to onboard, develop & manage PMCF Executives. π
- Managing certain client accounts. π
- Gaining broad EU-MDR/PMCF knowledge. π
