A fast-growing MedTech insights consultancy is hiring a Research Director to lead high-impact mixed-method research across medical devices, clinician behaviour, workflow mapping and patient pathways. This is a senior, hands-on role working closely with leadership to deliver evidence-based insights that shape product, commercial and strategic decisions. The ideal hire will be UK-based to ensure strong collaboration with senior stakeholders and seamless delivery across markets.
You will lead end-to-end MedTech research programmes covering device usability, clinician workflow mapping, patient experience, operational decision-making and innovation strategy. The role is hands-on across quant and qual, with responsibility for designing guides, shaping surveys, analysing data and presenting clear, commercially relevant recommendations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across innovation, AI, marketing and strategy, and play a key role in client development and account growth.
What We’re Looking For:
