What you’ll be doing:
- Leading multiple end-to-end research projects across qualitative and quantitative methods
- Designing questionnaires, discussion guides and research materials with confidence and minimal oversight
- Overseeing fieldwork, ensuring smooth logistics, accurate scripting and high-quality moderation/analysis
- Acting as the main day-to-day client contact, building trusted relationships and spotting opportunities to grow accounts
- Crafting clear, commercially focused stories and delivering compelling reports and debriefs
- Managing project finances, including costings, revenue tracking and budget control
- Writing persuasive, tailored proposals that meet client needs
- Supporting and coaching junior team members, contributing to a positive, solution-focused culture
- Exploring new tools, methodologies and ideas to drive innovation
About you:
- You’ll thrive in this role if you are experienced in managing multiple research projects independently (5+ years)
- Skilled across both qual and quant, with strong analytical ability
- Confident in client management and leading meetings/debriefs
- Highly organised, able to juggle deadlines, admin and team coordination
- A clear, engaging communicator who can craft strong proposals and outputs
- A supportive team player who enjoys coaching others
- Curious, proactive and excited by innovation and new ways of working
- Someone who naturally brings positivity, authenticity and partnership to your work
- A relevant degree can be helpful but isn’t essential — we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds with the right skills and experience
