The Role
- You’ll manage the end‑to‑end delivery of qualitative research projects across multiple countries, time zones and audience types.
- You’ll work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly, on time and to exact specifications.
- Deliver multi‑market qual projects from feasibility through final wrap‑up.
- Manage screeners and quotas, recruitment plans and respondent quality.
- Coordinate suppliers, moderators, facilities and international fieldwork partners.
- Troubleshoot live qual fieldwork and resolve issues calmly and quickly.
- Maintain tight control over timelines, budgets and operational workflows.
- Build strong client relationships and act as day‑to‑day project lead.
- Support continuous improvement across processes, documentation and delivery standards.
What You Must Bring
- Hands‑on qualitative fieldwork experience.
- Proven B2B qualitative market research experience (professionals, decision‑makers, niche audiences).
- International qual delivery experience across multiple markets.
- Strong understanding of respondent recruitment, supplier management and fieldwork logistics.
- Calm, organised, delivery‑focused approach.
