A fast‑growing MedTech insights consultancy is hiring a Research Director to lead high‑impact mixed‑method research across medical devices, clinician behaviour, workflow mapping and patient pathways. This is a senior, hands‑on role working closely with leadership to deliver evidence‑based insights that shape product, commercial and strategic decisions. The ideal hire will be UK‑based to ensure strong collaboration with senior stakeholders and seamless delivery across markets.
The Role
- You will lead end‑to‑end MedTech research programmes covering device usability, clinician workflow mapping, patient experience, operational decision‑making and innovation strategy.
- The role is hands‑on across quant and qual, with responsibility for designing guides, shaping surveys, analysing data and presenting clear, commercially relevant recommendations.
- You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams across innovation, AI, marketing and strategy, and play a key role in client development and account growth.
What We’re Looking For
