What You’ll Do

  • You’ll work closely with senior insight and planning leads, transforming complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives that inspire both internal and external audiences.
  • Dashboard & reporting development — Build and maintain Power BI/Tableau dashboards to track trends across revenue, spend, audience and listening datasets.
  • Insight creation — Turn data into stories that highlight opportunities for advertisers and shape strategic thinking.
  • Cross‑team collaboration — Work with non‑technical colleagues to understand reporting needs and make data accessible across the organisation.
  • Market monitoring — Track wider media and advertising news to identify reactive and proactive content opportunities.
  • External content development — Support the creation of high‑profile insight outputs, including quarterly market updates.
  • Ad‑hoc analysis — Respond to internal and external insight requests with clarity and speed.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years in a media, advertising or audience insight role
  • Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar
  • Ability to translate data into engaging visual and written narratives
  • A curious, commercially aware mindset with a passion for media, audio and audience behaviour
  • Experience with datasets such as Nielsen, RAJAR, IPA Touchpoints (desirable)
  • Confidence working independently while contributing to a small, collaborative team
