We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Social & Community Associate to join our growing team in London. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping, leading, and executing our social and community strategy across the UK, Europe, and North America. You will be responsible for driving meaningful relationships with influencers and key communities, while partnering closely with cross‑functional teams to elevate our brand’s presence, voice, and engagement across priority social platforms. Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee day‑to‑day collaborations with influencers and online communities, working closely with the Social & Community Associate to coordinate influencer outreach and relationship‑building efforts
- Own end‑to‑end planning, management, and execution of events, ensuring seamless delivery and strong community impact
- Manage and collaborate with external agencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and aligned with agreed KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive campaigns across various platforms and initiatives
- Lead and evolve the Community Ambassador Programme, driving measurable ROI through increased engagement, brand awareness, high‑quality UGC, and sustained community growth
- Monitor, analyse, andamentos of performance across influencer partnerships, community initiatives, and social platforms to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimisation
- Produce clear, insightful performance reports and actionable recommendations to inform strategic decision‑making and continuously improve future campaigns and initiatives revolves
Job Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in social media, influencer marketing, or community management, ideally across the UK, European, and/or North American markets
- Strong understanding of major social platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, alongside experience using influencer and social analytics tools
- Proven experience leading influencer partnerships, social campaigns, and community‑building initiatives from concept through execution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to manage and influence both internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organised with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities simultaneously
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience tracking performance metrics and translating data into clear insights and strategic recommendations
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment, with the ability to adapt quickly and drive results
