You will own and scale the brand's influencer and community strategy across the western markets with a strong focus on UK & US. You will build a loyal creatorâled community that drives brand love, engagement, and commercial impact.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the UK influencer and community strategy aligned to brand, marketing, and sales goals.
- Plan quarterly and seasonal influencer calendars working with our Singapore HQ to align on brand launches.
- Plan & execute community events in key regions to deliver commercial objectives.
- Define & execute the strategy of the Community Ambassador Programme.
- Influencer management: Build & nurture a creator led community around the brand.
- Identify, pitch to, and onboard UKâbased fashionâfocused influencers, stylists, and creators.
- Ensure monthly seeding targets are met, & use data insights to increase posting rates & engagement rates.
- Lead regional seeding agencies & refine strategies to improve performance using data led insights.
- Team leadership: Lead, build, and mentor a team across UK & US, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Maintain close relationship with our HQ team to ensure local strategy aligns with our global strategy & brand vision.
- Track and report on influencer and community performance (engagement, CTR, conversions, ROAS) using native analytics and thirdâparty tools.
- Use data to refine targeting, content formats, & event formats.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years in influencer marketing or community management, ideally within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
- Experience running creator communities or ambassador programmes.
- Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns & delivering measurable results (engagement, traffic, sales).
- Strong personal skills with content creators & internal stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills managing deadlines & campaigns across timezones.
- Data driven mindset to translate influencer metrics into actionable insights.
- Passion for digital culture & its evolving landscape.
