Own the end-to-end performance and execution of the UKEU e-commerce business, driving revenue, conversion and profitability, acting as one of the core business pillars within the Western business unit, alongside Marketing and Operations. Operate with high autonomy, especially on decisions impacting the bottom line of the P&L.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan aligned with company goals and objectives.
    • Identify new market opportunities and potential areas for growth.
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
    • Develop and implement revenue models to maximize profitability.
    • Meet and exceed revenue targets set by Management.
    • Own trading cadence and performance, ensuring strong commercial execution.
  • Team Leadership & Performance Management
    • Set clear performance targets and provide ongoing feedback and support.
    • Manage sales performance and KPIs across sales, customers, product, and operations.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.
  • Sales & ECommerce Strategy
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive ECommerce sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives while maintaining profitability.
    • Accountable for ECommerce sales revenue.
    • Oversee the sales pipeline, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients.
    • Own CRM, CRO, and conversion optimization.
    • Manage forecasting to ensure accurate planning and resource allocation.
  • Partnerships & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Identify and establish partnerships with key industry players, stakeholders, and potential clients.
    • Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive execution and achieve business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
    • Analyze data to make informed and sound business decisions and recommendations.
    • Continuously assess business performance and drive actions based on insights.
