We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our merchandising, e Commerce, wholesale, and supply chain functions for the UK and Europe (UK/EU) business, while providing operational support for North America as needed.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, keen to learn, and interested in building a career in retail merchandising, e Commerce, and commercial operations.
Reporting into the Merchandising Manager and working closely with cross-functional teams across multiple regions, you will help ensure accurate product information, inventory coordination, order fulfilment, and merchandise planning to support the smooth execution of our commercial operations.
Assist the merchandising manager with product assortment planning and seasonal launches.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment planning.
Prepare merchandising reports on sales performance, stock availability, sell-through, and product performance.
Assist in analysing sales trends and competitor analysis to support trading decisions.
Monitor stock transfers and inventory allocation across warehouses, and online channels.
Support the daily operations of e Commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
Assist with product listings, content updates, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
Generate regular reports on online sales and operational performance.
Work closely with warehouse teams to organise B2B order processing.
Track and analyse marketplace sales performance and style assortment on weekly basis, providing action suggestions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Comfortable learning ERP, OMS, WMS, SAP, merchandising, and e Commerce systems.
Basic understanding of merchandise planning, inventory management, and retail operations.
Familiarity with retail systems and online marketplaces is an advantage.
Exposure to merchandising, e Commerce, wholesale, and supply chain operations within a global fashion retail business.
Practical experience in merchandise planning, inventory management, digital commerce, and logistics coordination.
