The Paid Media/Social Specialist will be part of a growing team, working on exciting projects and exploring new technologies. If you’re passionate about paid social media, ecommerce, and digital marketing, we want to hear from you.

The specialist will be responsible for increasing conversion and managing, executing, and optimising campaigns across all social channels.

Duties include:

  • Managing implementation and optimisation of paid social activities across different social platforms.
  • Managing changes and trends.
  • Optimising all paid social activities.
  • Ensuring campaigns are created in-line with KPIs.
  • Actioning day-to-day tasks including ad creation, audience development, analysis, and extensive testing across new and existing campaigns.
  • Ensuring campaign budgets are utilised effectively.
  • Analysing performance and advising budget allocation.
  • Supporting the Paid Media/Search team with weekly and monthly reporting.

Key skills:

  • Paid Social, Paid Search or paid media experience, ideally in an in-house environment (agency background considered).
  • PPC.
  • Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram experience.
  • Google Analytics.
  • Facebook Business Manager experience.
  • Extensive experience optimising paid social campaigns to meet objectives.
  • Problem solving.
  • Motivated.
  • Organised.
  • Passionate and ready to develop themselves further.
  • Experience across several different clients or industries.
  • Excellent communication skills.
