We are seeking an IT Operations & Security Manager to join a small, high-impact IT team based in Northampton. This is a crucial, entirely in-office role (candidates must be within commuting distance).
This IT Operations Manager role is about much more than just maintenance; itβs about leadership, security, and strategic delivery. You will be responsible for the seamless performance, security, and reliability of the entire IT estate, while leading the support team that services approximately 200 employees.
The ideal IT Operations Manager will have good attention to detail and taking ownership of their work. Experience of Windows, Microsoft 365, Network, and security is required.
