Marshall Trailers is one of the UKs leading agricultural machinery manufacturers, delivering its products using the latest fabrication techniques and advanced manufacturing equipment. The company is still family owned and operated, even after seventy years in business.
The company currently has a position for a welder / fabricator to work in one of the three welding teams in the production line. Welding experience would be necessary for this position, but support and further training would be provided. Punctuality and good attendance is absolutely essential for this position as the company has critical delivery deadlines to meet. The correct applicant would also need to have a positive attitude and good work ethic.
The position comes with the following benefits:
- Overtime is available every week and paid at a time and a half rate.
- A £300 attendance bonus is paid monthly if the standard hours are all worked.
- The annual holiday entitlement is 28 days with 20 flexible days.
- Every winter hot meals are provided for lunch as part of the package.
Promotional opportunities are available to the applicant if they meet the criteria and wish to pursue this path. This includes CNC machine operators, robot welder operators or team lead positions.
