Marshall Trailers is one of the UKs leading agricultural machinery manufacturers, delivering its products using the latest fabrication techniques and advanced manufacturing equipment. The company currently has a position for a spray painter to work as part of our painting team in our new state-of-the-art facility.
Spray painting experience would be necessary for this position, but support and further training would be provided. Overtime is available every week and paid at a time and a half rate. A £300 attendance bonus is paid monthly if the standard hours are all worked. To clarify, this is a bonus for simply starting on time and coming to your work.
The annual holiday entitlement is 28 days with 20 flexible days. Every winter, hot meals are provided for lunch as part of the package. This is an excellent long-term, stable and rewarding opportunity that can offer career progression when applicable.
