About Charles & Ivy
Charles & Ivy is a contemporary interiors brand redefining premium living through design-led detail, quality craftsmanship, and aspirational storytelling. Following the successful launch of our mirror collection as our first step into interiors, we’re growing our team to elevate our social and digital presence across all key channels.
The Role
We’re looking for a highly creative and hands‑on individual to join Charles & Ivy as we scale our brand presence across social and digital platforms. This is a dynamic, multi‑disciplinary role sitting at the intersection of content creation, social media, and design. You’ll play a key role in bringing the brand to life visually — from shooting and editing engaging social‑first content to supporting the development of polished creative assets across digital, print, and paid channels. Working closely with both the Social Media Executive and Senior Creative Lead, you’ll help translate ideas into impactful, on‑brand content that resonates with our audience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, creative environment, has a strong eye for aesthetics, and is deeply in tune with social trends and content formats. You’ll be equally comfortable behind the camera, in editing tools, and designing in Figma or Adobe — contributing to both day‑to‑day execution and broader creative direction. As part of a growing interiors brand, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how Charles & Ivy shows up across platforms, capturing everything from polished campaign moments to authentic, behind‑the‑scenes storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Self‑shooting content for brand social media channels – primarily focusing on Instagram and TikTok but also touching on Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
- Editing Reels, TikToks and other social content using tools such as CapCut and Reels app.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Executive to support creative ideation and bring the content calendar to life — ensuring all content is planned, approved, and scheduled on time.
- Capture behind‑the‑scenes, UGC‑style, and real‑time social content at events and product launches.
- Collaborating with the Senior Creative Lead to design organic and paid social assets using Figma.
- Creating simple print, paid and web assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).
- Exporting all assets to the appropriate specs and requirements.
- Contributing to wider design conversations, creative brainstorms and branded templates, with support from the Senior Creative Lead.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs, working within established guidelines.
- Stay across emerging content formats and social trends to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in social media content creation, graphic design or a similar creative role.
- Experience using design tools such as Figma and Canva and, ideally, some level of proficiency using Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop.
- Skilled in social video editing (CapCut / Reels).
- Strong understanding of social media trends, particularly on TikTok and Instagram.
- Excellent visual eye — able to interpret and elevate brand guidelines.
- Some understanding of designing for print media and specs/print requirements.
- Experience in motion, using Adobe After Effects would be advantageous.
- Organised and detail‑oriented, with strong communication skills.
- Experience working with lifestyle, interiors, or fashion brands is a plus.
What We Offer
- Collaborative team with strong in‑house creative and marketing capability
- Hybrid & flexible working
- Staff discounts and learning opportunities
- Social/team activities
