We’re recruiting Technicians at every level across the Charles Hurst Group — from Newly Qualified and PDI Technicians through to Senior, Diagnostic and Master Technicians. Join us on Tuesday 4th August to drop in and speak to site. With continued investment across our workshops, upgraded tooling, modern facilities and strong manufacturer training pathways, this is an excellent time to join the Charles Hurst Group. We’re hiring across a mix of premium brands like Land Rover and Maserati, and leading volume brands including Nissan, Cupra/Seat and Renault.

Competitive, Transparent Technician Pay Structure

Our technician pay model is designed to reward skill, experience and progression — with clear steps, strong earning potential and a consistent bonus structure.

  • PDI Technician / MOT Tester £26,000 basic + £6,600 bonus = £32,600 OTE
  • Qualified Technician £32,000 basic + £6,600 bonus = £38,600 OTE
  • Technician (12+ months) £32- £34,000 basic + £6,600 bonus = £40,600 OTE
  • Senior / Diagnostic Technician £36,000 basic + £6,600 bonus = £42,600 OTE
  • Master Technician £40,000 basic + £6,600 bonus = £46,600 OTE

All roles include:

  • Saturday overtime at time and a half
  • Clear progression routes
  • Manufacturer training and accreditation pathways

What You’ll Need

  • City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 (for technical roles)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Relevant experience for the brand or level you’re applying for
