About the Role: We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Parts Administrator to support our parts department. This role is essential in ensuring accurate stock control, efficient ordering, and excellent service to internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently
  • Managing stock levels and maintaining inventory records
  • Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
  • Booking parts in and out of the system
  • Handling queries from engineers, service teams, and customers
  • Producing reports and maintaining documentation
  • Ensuring pricing, part numbers, and descriptions are correct
  • Supporting general administrative duties within the department

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a parts, stores, or administrative role (preferred)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
