We are now looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Franchise Sales Manager to take responsibility for Geely, with further franchise opportunities to follow as our brand family expands. As Franchise Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of the sales performance, profitability, and commercial development of the Geely franchise. As additional brands join the Charles Hurst network, your remit will grow, offering genuine long-term career progression and the chance to shape the future of our franchise portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales performance across the Geely franchise, ensuring strong results, consistent growth, and exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Take full P&L responsibility, ensuring profitability targets are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that maximise market share and elevate brand presence.
  • Build a high-performing relationship with the manufacturer, ensuring alignment on standards, marketing, and sales initiatives.
  • Lead franchise planning and forecasting, providing clear insight to the senior leadership team.
  • Prepare for future growth, supporting the introduction and launch of new brands within the Charles Hurst network.
  • Coach, support, and influence sales teams to deliver best-in-class performance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions.
