BMW Motorrad Belfast is recruiting for a Business Manager to join our high-performing and ambitious sales team. This role is ideal for an experienced Sales or Business Executive looking to step into management, or an established Business Manager seeking to join a premium motorcycle brand. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for driving the motorcycle sales performance of the business while delivering an outstanding customer experience that reflects the BMW Motorrad brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in presenting suitable motorcycles, finance options, and add-on products.
  • Manage all motorcycle sales documentation, including finance agreements, invoices, and payments.
  • Liaise with finance providers to submit and progress credit applications.
  • Oversee the end-to-end motorcycle sales process, achieving sales and profit targets.
  • Ensure full compliance with FCA, GDPR, and financial regulations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support reporting and administrative tasks.
  • Acquire a high level of product knowledge to competently answer all customer queries and logging all activity to monitor and measure outcomes and provide regular feedback to the Management team.
  • Manage the stock portfolio within the company working capital guidelines, including but not limited to the purchasing, preparation, advertising, and marketing of the motorcycles.
