Charles Hurst is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to support our finance team on a Fixed Term Contract.

Salary: £24,250 - £26,250 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday 08.45 - 17.00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices, payments, and expenses
  • Supporting accounts payable and receivable activities
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
  • Assisting with reconciliations and month-end processes
  • Liaising with internal teams and suppliers as required

About You:

  • Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
