Overview Charles Hurst Motorrad BMW Hours: Mon to Thurs 08:30 to 17:30, Fri 08:30 to 17:00 and Sat 09:00 to 13:00 (1 in 4 on rota) £26,000 to £28,000 basic, plus bonus of £6,000 Charles Hurst Motorrad BMW are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our motorcycle dealership. As the first point of contact for service customers, youll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and satisfying service experience. You will be responsible for scheduling service appointments, advising customers on necessary repairs and maintenance, and liaising between the customer and service technicians. Responsibilities Schedule service appointments and maintain an organized calendar. Understand and communicate technical motorcycle service and maintenance requirements to customers. Provide accurate estimates for service work and explain any additional services or repairs recommended by technicians. Act as a liaison between customers and the workshop, ensuring clear and timely updates on job status. Coordinate parts ordering and availability to ensure timely completion of services. Qualifications You must have heaps of energy, a warm personality, and a real passion for delivering a first-class customer experience each and every time. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily whilst being able to explain technical information in a way that is clear and concise. Previous experience using Kerridge / ADP would be an advantage, as well as having knowledge of other essential dealer systems, this is not essential as full training will be provided You will be a great team player but be able to also work independently using your own initiative.
