Belfast Usedirect is looking for a Sales Support Manager to oversee our vehicle preparation, stock management, and support our sales operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the vehicle progress process, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of vehicles. Coordinate with sales, service, and logistics teams to streamline workflows. Monitor stock levels and ensure vehicles are prepared, priced, and marketed effectively. Manage vehicle inspections, servicing, and valeting to maintain quality standards. Optimize vehicle display, photography, and online listings to enhance sales. Use CRM systems to track vehicle progress and maintain accurate records. Ensure customer satisfaction by overseeing smooth vehicle handovers. Work closely with the sales team to align vehicle availability with demand. Qualifications What we looking for?
