Charles Hurst NI Carsmetic is recruiting for an experienced Paint Repairer / Panel Beater (Non-Structural) to join our expanding bodyshop team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a main dealer and continue developing your skills within cosmetic and non-structural repair.

Our Paint and Panel Technicians deliver high-quality cosmetic repairs with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency and customer experience:

  • Carry out non-structural panel repairs including minor dents, scrapes and surface damage
  • Complete paint preparation and refinishing to manufacturer and Charles Hurst standards
  • Perform cosmetic repairs across panels, bumpers and exterior components
  • Ensure all work follows approved processes and quality expectations
  • Communicate clearly with customers to confirm required work and associated costs
  • Work effectively with the wider bodyshop team to deliver a seamless repair journey

For this role, we are looking for someone with previous experience in paint repair and non-structural panel work. A full driving licence with a good driving record is required. You will be a team player with strong attention to detail, a focus on quality and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
