Location: Newtownabbey Toyota

Contract Type: Permanent Full Time

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm)

Salary: £27,000 per annum

Overview: Here at Charles Hurst Toyota we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Site Co-Ordinator/Vehicle Progressor and support our sales function. It’s an exciting role that will give the right person the chance to develop their career with a market leading brand!

Responsibilities:

  • Taking and loading pictures, prices, and vehicle descriptions, placing them onto our online showroom daily.
  • Creating CitNOW videos for our customers.
  • Organising vehicles on site to make them presentable for our customers.
  • Overseeing our social media accounts and tracking responses.
  • Collecting and delivering vehicles from and to customers.
  • Ensuring both the site and vehicles are maintained to a high standard.

Qualifications: Ideally, you will have prior demonstrable experience in a similar fast-paced premium environment and working well under pressure. You will be an excellent communicator and feel comfortable building relationships with colleagues across the business. We are looking for a highly organised individual who pays attention to the finer details. You will have sufficient IT skills and a solid understanding of the basics of social media for business purposes. A full clean driving licence is a must for this role.
