Flexible hours available, you choose your week day off! 4 day working pattern. 5 day working week hours: Monday–Thursday 8.15–5pm, Friday 8.30–4pm, Saturday 9–1pm on a rota basis (1 in 4). OTE up to £46,600, including £40,000 basic per annum + £6,600 bonus potential.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Master Technician to enhance our growing team, with a focus on advanced diagnostics, technical leadership and right first-time fixes. The position is offered on a full‑time basis (Monday to Friday) with alternating Saturday morning working. You will be reporting to Noel Hamilton, who will provide ongoing support to ensure that you have the tools needed to perform at the very best. Our technicians play a vital role within our Service team by delivering first‑class customer service every time. Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve the most complex vehicle faults to Peugeot's high standards
  • Provide technical expertise and mentoring to other technicians within the workshop
  • Prepare and quality control new and used prestige vehicles ready for sale
  • Support in maintaining the highest levels of workmanship and customer satisfaction
Skills and experience required
  • Minimum of 5 years qualified experience, preferably with a premium brand
  • Exceptional diagnostic skills and advanced mechanical knowledge
  • Previous experience as a Master Technician or equivalent senior level role
  • Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair or similar
  • Competent in use of diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Hold a current and clean Full driving licence
