Parts Administration Supervisor - Charles Hurst Parts Centre
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Charles Hurst Parts Centre is seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Administration Supervisor to lead and support our administrative team within a fast-paced automotive parts operation.
The Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration of the Parts Centre, ensuring accurate processes, strong team performance, and excellent support to internal departments and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the parts administration team, ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency
- Manage invoicing, credits, stock administration, and warranty-related documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and manufacturer requirements
- Liaise with parts, service, and management teams to resolve queries and improve processes
- Monitor workloads, set priorities, and provide training and development to team members
- Produce reports and assist with audits as required
About You:
- Previous experience in a parts, automotive, or administrative supervisory role
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Confident using IT systems and parts management software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
