Motability Specialist Charles Hurst Belfast

44 hours per week; Monday-Wednesday 9‑5.30pm, Thursday 9‑8pm, Friday 9‑5pm and Sat 9‑3pm on a rota

Up to £50,000 OTE (including £25,000 basic plus commission, uncapped)

Responsibilities

  • You will be the key point of contact for our customers
  • Communicating via email, phone and in person
  • Achieving sales targets in line with KPIs
  • Identifying new business opportunities and supporting colleagues within your team
  • The ability to listen well, and have the skills to influence and persuade in both positive and negative circumstances
  • Dealing with customers with vulnerabilities and helping them pick their new vehicle, you will be patient, professional and a real people person!

Our ideal Motability Specialist will have previous experience within the automotive industry, a passion for growth and development tailoring their approach to the individual customers’ requirements and offer solutions appropriate to their specific circumstances. You’ll keep in regular contact with our Motability customers, managing them even once they have moved on to dealing with our service team, therefore building, and maintaining long term relationships! You will be a super organised and patient individual who takes pride in their work, customer focused as well as target driven… we are looking for a well-rounded individual who has a passion for people!
