About us: We are one of the top three automotive retailers in the UK, proudly representing 32 manufacturer brands, selling a huge range of new and used vehicles from over 150 dealerships across the UK and Ireland.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £29,000 per annum

We’re looking for an organised, proactive Admin Team Leader to support the smooth running of our dealership operations at Charles Hurst. If you’re someone who loves structure, keeps a team motivated, and can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball, this could be your next move.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and supporting a small admin team to deliver accurate, efficient back-office operations
  • Overseeing daily admin tasks including invoicing, vehicle paperwork, compliance checks and reporting
  • Ensuring deadlines are met and processes are followed consistently
  • Acting as the go-to person for queries, problem-solving and workflow improvements
  • Working closely with managers across Sales, Service and Accounts to keep everything running smoothly

  • Experience in administration, ideally with some team-leading or mentoring exposure
  • Confidence using systems, managing workloads and improving processes
  • Someone who is reliable, supportive and takes pride in getting things right
