Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm
Salary: Basic £25,000 - £27,000 DOE
Here at Belfast Renault, we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Site Co-Ordinator / Vehicle Progressor. This role is key to supporting our sales function and offers the chance to develop your career with a market-leading brand. Your sales team includes Sales Executives, a Business Manager, and a Sales Manager.
As a Site Co-Ordinator / Vehicle Progressor, you will assist the busy sales department by:
- Organising vehicles on site
- Collecting and delivering vehicles
- Ensuring both the site and vehicles are maintained to a high standard
- Loading and maintaining our online showroom, including taking and uploading pictures, prices, and vehicle descriptions daily for use on our website and social media platforms
Responsibilities:
- Taking and uploading pictures, prices, and vehicle descriptions to our online showroom daily
- Creating CitNOW videos for our customers
- Organising vehicles on site to ensure a presentable environment for customers
- Overseeing our social media accounts and tracking responses
- Collecting and delivering vehicles from and to customers
- Maintaining the site and vehicles to a high standard
Ideal candidates will have prior demonstrable experience in a fast-paced premium environment, working well under pressure. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the business are essential. You should be highly organised, detail-oriented, with sufficient IT skills and a basic understanding of social media for business purposes.
