Charles Hurst is the largest new and used car retailer in Northern Ireland. We have over 50 dealerships across Belfast, Newtownabbey, Newtownards, Dundonald and Portadown. We’ve got the stock, the customers and the reputation. What we need now is more of the right people to help us grow, and serve even more customers across Northern Ireland.
What The Job Actually Involves:
- Talking to customers online, on the phone and in person
- Taking the time to understand what customers actually need – not just what they ask for
- Being empathetic and helpful, especially when customers are making big financial decisions
- Helping customers choose the right vehicle, finance and options to suit their lifestyle and budget
- Managing your enquiries properly and keeping in touch with customers until they are ready to buy
- Taking ownership of your customers and making the whole process easy and enjoyable for them
- Following a clear sales process that is designed to help you succeed
