Working hours: 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm)

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised, and tech savvy individual to join our team as a Site Co‑Ordinator / Vehicle Progressor and be the key to support our sales function. It’s an exciting role that will give the right person the chance to develop their career with a market‑leading brand! Your sales team will consist of Sales Executives, a Showroom Manager & Sales Manager.
As a Site Co‑Ordinator / Vehicle Progressor, you will assist our busy sales department by:
- Organising vehicles on site
- Collecting and delivering vehicles
- Ensuring both the site and vehicles are maintained to a high standard
- Loading and maintaining our used car online showroom, taking and loading pictures, prices, and vehicle descriptions online daily
Responsibilities:
- Taking and loading pictures, prices, and vehicle descriptions, placing them onto our online showroom daily
- CitNOW videos for our customers
- Organising vehicles on site to make it presentable for our customers
- Overseeing our social media accounts and tracking responses
- Collecting and delivering vehicles from and to customers
- Ensuring both the site and vehicles are maintained to a high standard
Ideally, you will have prior demonstrable experience in a similar fast‑paced premium environment and working well under pressure. You will be an excellent communicator and feel comfortable building relationships with colleagues across the business. We are looking for a highly organised individual who pays attention to the finer details. You will have sufficient IT skills and a solid understanding of the basics of social media for business purposes. A full clean driving licence is a must for this role.
