Belfast Peugeot is recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Dealership Administrator to join our friendly and dedicated team. This role will cover budget choice and van centre operations.

As a team player with excellent communication skills, you will build rapport with colleagues and customers. Joining one of the top automotive retailers in the UK, you will report to Cheryl Gillham, who will support your professional growth and skill development within the industry.

Day-to-day, our Dealership Administrators primarily handle vehicle invoicing and ensure all data is accurately recorded. We seek a hardworking individual capable of working independently and collaboratively.

  • Ensure full compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures
  • Adhere to all finance policies and procedures
  • Accurately record all data
  • Perform precise invoicing of vehicles

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective time management abilities.
