A rare opportunity has arrived to join a fast‑growing part of Charles Hurst. We’re expanding our Belfast Citroen operation — and we’re looking for a Showroom Manager who can lead performance, drive standards, and shape the customer experience from day one.
About The Role
This is a hands‑on leadership role at the heart of a busy used‑car environment. You’ll help build processes, support sales performance, and set the tone for how Budget Direct Used Cars operates within Charles Hurst.
You’ll Lead On
- Maximising sales, finance and insurance performance across the used‑car operation
- Supporting the sales team with coaching, development and deal‑structuring
- Ensuring full FCA compliance and a consistent, customer‑focused experience
- Working closely with management to strengthen the site’s commercial performance
- Bringing energy, ideas and leadership to a growing team
