5‑day working week:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:15am–5pm
- Friday: 8:30am–4pm
- Saturday: 9am–1pm on a rota basis (1 in 4)
OTE up to £46,600, including £34,000 - £40,000 basic per annum (DOE) + £6,600 bonus potential
Role Overview
A Rare Opportunity! We are seeking an experienced and passionate Service Technician to join our prestigious Lotus, Maserati & Ferrari team. This role focuses on delivering right‑first‑time repairs, high‑quality servicing, and supporting workshop excellence across some of the world’s most iconic performance brands. Based at Charles Hurst, you will work closely with our accomplished Aftersales Manager, David Ritchie, who will ensure you have the support, tools, and training needed to excel. We offer exceptional career progression, including manufacturer‑accredited training and specialist Hybrid & Electric qualifications to accelerate your development. Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work to Lotus, Maserati & Ferrari manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and resolve faults using approved diagnostic tools and processes
- Support workshop efficiency by completing work within agreed timescales
- Prepare and quality‑check new and used performance vehicles for sale
- Maintain the highest levels of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Proven experience as a Service Technician within a franchised or specialist workshop
- NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair or equivalent qualification
- Confident in the use of diagnostic tools and specialist equipment
