Showroom Host/Receptionist – Belfast Toyota

Location: Belfast

Hours: 19 hours per week – Thursday + Friday 8:30‑5pm, Saturday 9‑3pm.

Pay: £12.71 per hour.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a warm, empathetic, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Showroom Host. As a Showroom Host you will be our customers' first point of contact and are crucial in providing Charles Hurst a world‑class experience. Our reception team – the Showroom Hosts – are passionate about delivering first‑class customer experiences and let their warm, friendly personality shine through during each customer interaction. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing warm and friendly service.
  • Maintain showroom appearance, keeping it tidy and welcoming at all times.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills with confidence and assertiveness when dealing with people.
  • Handle a variety of responsibilities with strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
  • Exhibit a warm, empathetic, and professional manner throughout all customer interactions.
