Position: Customer Service Specialist – Belfast Vauxhall
Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland
Hours: Flexible start and end times (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £12.50 per hour with bonus opportunity available
Responsibilities
- Carrying out customer follow‑up calls to ensure satisfaction and resolve queries
- Representing all Stellantis brands with professionalism and care
- Providing daily reports and updates to the management team
- Monitoring and highlighting current customer service performance and trends
- Supporting continuous improvement in customer satisfaction levels
