5‑day working week:
- Monday–Thursday: 8.15am–5pm
- Friday: 8.30am–4pm
- Saturday: 9am–1pm on a rota basis (1 in 4)
A Rare Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior/Master Technician to join our prestigious Lotus, Maserati & Ferrari team. This role focuses on advanced diagnostics, technical leadership, and delivering right‑first‑time repairs across some of the world’s most iconic performance brands. Based at Charles Hurst, you will work closely with our accomplished Aftersales Manager, David Ritchie who will ensure you have the support, tools, and training needed to excel. Our technicians are at the heart of our Service team, delivering world‑class customer service and craftsmanship. Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve complex faults to Lotus, Maserati & Ferrari manufacturer standards
- Provide technical expertise and mentoring to colleagues within the workshop
- Prepare and quality‑check new and used performance vehicles for sale
- Maintain the highest levels of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction
Skills & Experience Required:
- Exceptional diagnostic capability and advanced mechanical knowledge
- Previous Master Technician experience or equivalent senior‑level role
- NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair or similar qualification
- Confident in the use of diagnostic tools and specialist equipment
