Permanent Social Care

Our client is recruiting Residential Support Workers to join a well‑established charity supporting vulnerable young people in Worksop. In a residential community setting, you will support children and young people aged 5‑18 who have experienced significant childhood trauma, including exploitation, neglect, domestic abuse, and violence. The role requires you to provide stability, guidance, and support to help them process their experiences and develop a more positive outlook for the future.

About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Long shifts, including occasional 24‑hour shifts
  • Staying beyond scheduled shift times when necessary to ensure safe handovers and support young people’s routines
  • Salary of £32,908 per annum (inclusive of two sleep‑in shifts per week)
  • 39‑hour contracted week (45 hours also available in select homes)
