On offer is a fully funded, industry accredited training programme which offers you an excellent career progression into management including Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications in residential childcare.

My client has a fantastic reputation for nurturing staff and are an industry leader with their in house training programmes.

This is role includes shift work including mornings, evenings, weekends and sleep in shifts so you must be flexible to commit to all.You will need to complete an application form also.

Benefits for the Therapeutic Support Worker include:

  • Starting salary of Β£31,000 (inclusive of 1 sleep a week)
  • Full-time contract 37 Hours

Responsibilities of the Therapeutic Residential Worker:

  • Experience working as a Support Worker in a similar setting (desirable as full training provided)
  • Ensuring to help the children with their emotional, physical and developmental needs.
  • Display yourself as an appropriate role model
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, empathy and resilience
  • Encourage positive life experiences for the children
  • Committed to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of others
  • Driving License (full) and own vehicle
