I am looking for passionate Support Workers with experience working with Children and/or Young Adults with either traumatic backgrounds, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health or Challenging Behaviours. My client is the local authority who are looking to increase their staff team in a four bed home based in Tiverton.
We are looking for a Therapeutic Support Worker to join on a permanent full time basis. If you have experience with children and young people in SEN education, youth work, young offenders or fostering, a career in children's homes is for you.

Do you have:
- Experience of working within children or young adults with learning disabilities, mental health, or behaviours that challenge - SEN School, youth work, community young people, children's learning disabilities, semi-independent services, care leavers, youth justice, children's homes
- Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent (or willingness to complete)
- Ability to complete shifts patterns, weekends, and overnight stays.
- Driving license and vehicle - Essential
