We're looking for a highly motivated Registered Manager in Tiverton to lead a children's residential service and ensure excellent outcomes for young people.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the effective operation of the service.
You'll:

Lead, motivate and develop the staff team

Ensure high standards of care are consistently maintained

Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements

Lead safeguarding and child protection practices

Monitor care planning and outcomes

Manage staff recruitment, supervision and development

Oversee incidents and complaints

Work closely with families and professionals

Prepare for and manage inspections

Drive continuous improvement

Ensure young people's voices and needs remain at the centre of the service
About You
We're looking for an experienced manager with:

Previous Registered Manager experience or significant Deputy Manager experience

Strong knowledge of children's residential care

Excellent leadership and communication skills

A strong understanding of safeguarding

Experience working within a regulated environment

The ability to manage and develop a team

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

A genuine commitment to improving outcomes for young people
