Overview

Do you have a passion for working children and young people? Do you have some professional experience working with young people? Are you looking for a challenging yet rewarding role?

I am looking for Residential Support Workers to join a fantastic company who support the most vulnerable young people in the UK via their therapeutic homes based in Salisbury.

Based in their residential community, you will work with young people aged 10-18 in their specialist residential home for young people aged eight to eighteen with complex needs, and behaviours that may challenge.

Responsibilities

  • Work with young people in a residential setting, providing support in line with their complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.
  • Commit to a long‑term career path with self‑discipline to ensure young people are always put first and receive the support they need.
  • Work days only with long days, alternate weekends, sleep‑ins, and occasionally stay beyond shift end to ensure safe handover or bedtime routines.
