We are looking for a Team Manager for a small organisation's Fostering service in Birmingham . You must have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and the right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship) About the team This organisation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of Children and families with a child-centred approach. This team has flexible and creative ways of working and is well known for being a champion of equality and diversity within the Fostering community. About you The successful candidate will have Management experience within Fostering Social Work teams post qualification and whilst having an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation. You will be managing a small team of 5 Social Workers. What's on offer?
