We are looking for a Children's Social Worker to join a Children with Disabilities Team. Do not apply for this role if you do not have a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience in permanent contract/s.
About the team
This team provides support to children and young people with disabilities and their families in the local community. As well as progressing children's plans and ensuring that they are accessing the right level of service at the right time. Their main goal is to promote the wellbeing, safety, and development of each child by ensuring they have access to the right opportunities and care.
About you
It is essential to have a degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years experience within Children's Social Work in order to be considered for this role. Having experience working with children with disabilities previously aligns well with this role. A valid UK driving license and vehicle is required for the success of this role.
