Overview
An Essex based Local Authority is looking for a PART TIME Supervising Social Worker to join their growing team around the South area of Essex. You will be supporting foster families in this area, as well as running support groups and working with children. This is a 2.5 days per week role, with days of your choice either spread over the week or 2.5 regular days.
Responsibilities
- Support foster families in the South area of Essex, including running support groups and working with children.
- Provide casework within a fostering or adoption context and manage a comprehensive caseload.
- Collaborate with the local authority and partner services as required.
Qualifications
- Experience of working within a fostering or adoption team.
- Experience handling a comprehensive caseload.
- Experience in a local authority setting is preferable.

- Salary of up to Β£45,100 per annum β pro rata
